I am from Windsor and was In desperate need of a car. I heard from Haig within 2 hours of them opening when I sent an inquiry the night before. He worked with me to get the car onto the lot so I could drive up and test drive it THAT day! Arlene worked with us to ensure the payments were as low as possible and started the loan request right there! At 7:30pm on a Wednesday night! so would be able to pick it up hopefully that weekend! I ended up picking it up the following Thursday. But I don't blame them for the delay as the bank took a long time to approve! Would definitely recommend. Very kind caring and professional

Haig and Sam were very helpful and they called my bank for a release letter that is still in the works because my bank paid the wrong loan off instead of the Ram 1500. They worked with me to get my affairs in order and I await the delivery of my New-used vehicle. Would I shop here again…YES!!

I just got myself a new car from this location. I had amazing service from miss Arlene she blessed me with a nice Nissan that i wanted. And to make it even better the service she provided was unbelievable. I would recommend her and that location if your looking for a new vehicle.

This dealership was top notch! Abe went above and beyond to make sure I purchased with what I am most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car Kia seltos the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!
