Absolutely terrible purchased a vehicle based on pictures as was during covid vehicle looked fine in pics when we went to pick it up it didn't have the rims as pictured and come to find out a couple months later that the proper plates had not been put on it as I had gotten a parking ticket in Brampton which I have never been to the city of with this vehicle and so after months of unanswered calls and texts back and forth between the apparent district managers and my wife I decided that it should go beyond what she wanted to do and threaten legal and media after they had 5 months to make things right which I still don't feel they have achieved because I still have to have the mechanical issues fixed which after arguing with there ”mechanic" and him telling me I bought a used vehicle which he is right but I bought it from a used car dealership which in my mind should show some creditability and take responsibility for screw ups because it seems they've done nothing but drop the ball when the dms wouldn't even talk to me personally.

Absolutely terrible cut rate mechanics bought a vehicle in March and have had nothing but problems mechanically which are still unresolved with more showing up daily wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy if I could give them a zero Star rating I would

my wife and I bought a vehicle 3 years ago from empire auto and they were great at getting us into what we needed and we just went back last week and got a Ford Escape at first it was not what we wanted however the manager Hesham was amazing and is doing everything he can to make it right one happy customer here thank you :)

The best dealership and customer service relationship I have ever been to. I have sent two of my friends also meaning they are Confident with themselves and efficient to get the Job done. My adviser was Deepak took my information and said give me 30 minutes and it was 30 minutes. Great job Deepak you have change and impact me to never give up on your dreams
