I will never recommend this place to anyone. My son was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. They had a car there with a sign on the front window stating , " 49.99 weekly , you pay the taxes " when we told the salesman that, he asked where we got it, that he was unaware of it. I walked outside and took a picture of it to show him, So my son decided on a car, we told them that it was to be ready for thursday which gave them 6 days, My son drove down from Kingston and picked it up. We get a call the next day accusing us of not having a "Lien Agreement"with our insurance , which in fact was faxed to them the day before. The financial manage Paolo agrued with me that it wasnt there. THEN proceeded to tell me that there was a paper that was not signed and that my son had to drive 2 hours to come back and sign it, they demanded his phone number so they could call him at work. I told them that there was no way to contact him and that i would have to try and reach him later. there is no reason for a dealership to be this disorganized, I will never recommend them to no one, Not worth the stress

Needed a battery for my 1990 Miata and found out, when I called the dealer about this, that there were two options which were different sizes. Mike Russo in parts was very helpful in many ways. First of all, he knew there were two different sizes of batteries available for my 27-year-old car and he also let me know that they only had the larger sized battery in stock. I was pretty sure the larger size was what I needed so I brought my old battery to the dealer with me to swap it for recycling when I bought the new one. When I arrived and compared my existing battery to the new battery I realized I needed the smaller-sized battery after all. The size they had in stock would have worked but since it was larger than my existing battery, it would have been difficult to get installed on my own. Mike checked and let me know that the smaller sized battery would be coming in within the next few days and then offered to let me leave my old battery there so that I did not have to drag it back home and then back to the dealer again. And he also offered to call me when the new smaller-sized battery arrived, which he did two days later. I should also probably mention that Mike even carried the old battery into the parts department for me which was a thoughtful gesture on his part. The entire experience was very positive, helpful and customer-focused and I would definitely recommend using Barrhaven Mazda if you are in need of a Mazda part.

Went in to just browse at vehicles. Wasn't in the market at all to buy however the deal that reza had offered me was to good to give up. Reza went over and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Eli in finance took care of everything in a very professional way and i thank you both for the great experience!!
