Our car needed a new transmission (under warranty). GM took a long time finding part, but Luke kept us up to date through the whole process. Very helpful and great to deal with.

We always find that what we have phoned and booked for service is not communicated to the service dept. They seem to have no idea what we have said we wanted done to our vehicle. We think that the disconnect between the person who takes the booking and the service dept is sketchy at best.
