We had an oil change exactly a week before I brought my Acadia back in because of a noise and respectfully as needed before. Within a week the back end. Of my vehicle was making a horrid noise and got worse as the week went on. We now need rear shocks, bushings, control arms brakes, that will be $2300. If your employees did there check and walk around why are we being told after the fact that my vehicle now needs this work when it's not even safe to drive!!! Why were we not told months ago when when wear and tear wasn't as bad!!

Interest rate

Bought truck over the phone on July 29. Was certain that interest rate was zero percent. Did Not sign papers till August 4. Rate on form was .9 percent. Should have never signed papers as rates where zero percent for 84 months at that time

Hi Brian, I am so sorry that this has happened!! Unfortunately I don't have control of the interest rates. When we did the deal it was .99% for 84 months, upon delivery a couple of days later the month changed and with it new interest rates. I do feel bad about this - I totally understand how you feel!! :( I hope this doesn't change the way you feel about My Customer Service with you. I Appreciate YOU and your Business! Halina
