I have had a positive expierence at the dealership, I bring my vehicle for all of my service needs, which to this point have been few. Service has always been fast and friendly, maybe even faster than expected. I have purchased my last two vehicles here and will likely purchase my next one here.

I was certain that I was getting Sierra truck at zero percent interest rate. But when contract came to sign interest rate was set at .9 percent on the contract . I should have never signed the contract

We understand your dilemma Brian. Unfortunately we have no control or knowledge from month to month on the interest rates or the incentives GM offers to our customers. We appreciate your confidence in us purchasing your truck over the phone on July 29 when our Truck Month campaign was still in effect and our interest rates were at .9%. When you took delivery of your Sierra on August 4th the sale was considered to be in the month of July 2017 with the incentives and interest rates at that time. We greatly appreciate you as our loyal customer. Yours Kindly – Lindsay Buick GMC

We had an oil change exactly a week before I brought my Acadia back in because of a noise and respectfully as needed before. Within a week the back end. Of my vehicle was making a horrid noise and got worse as the week went on. We now need rear shocks, bushings, control arms brakes, that will be $2300. If your employees did there check and walk around why are we being told after the fact that my vehicle now needs this work when it's not even safe to drive!!! Why were we not told months ago when when wear and tear wasn't as bad!!

We understand your dilemma Jason and Sue. The walk around is a cursory drive-thru inspection performed by one of our advisors that looks at: - body condition (damages primarily) - general mechanical soundness/condition of tires and wheels, wipers, lighting systems, interior condition The inspection needed to locate the type of fatigue issues listed on your last service quote would be a: - semi-annual (multi-point vehicle inspection) or preferably; - a directed suspension inspection to locate this specific failure. We haven’t performed these thorough inspections, however, the closest we have come is to replace the leaking front struts-again to address a specific issue you had. The issues you mentioned is an upper suspension issue in the rear that is beginning to show as a common issue with this vehicle line. Your Acadia would need to be suspended from a hoist and have the weight of the suspension and wheel relieved in the affected corner to inspect for freeplay. This inspection is not part of any normal inspection procedure without a directed target (ie to locate a noise or suspected failure). We hope we have answered your question to your satisfaction.
