This survery has already been completed and submitted. My opinion has not changed. This was not a pleasant experience, and as said before this dealership has cut every corner possible out of cheapness, has even lied about the vehice history. I will not purchase from this dealership in the future nor will i ever recommend.

Services provided by your sales rep was excellent. The main problem I have is that the vehicle did not come with a second key fob or user manuals. I had to purchase these items at a cost of $200.00. It is my contention that a nearly new Cadillac should have come with these items. Your excuse was that you purchased this car without these items. It should have been your responsibility to obtain these items and include them in your price. How could you expect the new buyer to familiarize themselves with all the electronic features? Also these two missing items were not disclosed prior to my purchasing the vehicle.
