Went there Friday to get my oil change done..told them to Programe the one key I got with the truck when I bought it..as they were suppose to do it when I bought it ..but hadn't had the chance to get it done until Friday as I work 12 hours shifts....I gave them another chance to show us they can be better then our past two visits..I told them.. I am not willing to pay to get my key programmed..as it was to be done when I bought the truck..and if they had to charge me I told them not to worry about it..also the key I put in their drop box to be able to get into my truck.. was broken..I never asked for them to fix it or replace it..they went ahead and replaced it without asking me ..when I went to pay they told me it's under warranty and that I had to pay the deductible..I told them I will not pay for something I never asked to even get fixed..that shanon service girl is beyond rude .I can't beleave the way we get treated..now that they programed my one key..now all my other keys do not work!..I'm so livid..wish I would of listened to my friends and buy my truck outta town..or at Belanger ford... they even had the nerve to go ask my sales rep to pay for this..like how was this his responsibility..he is the best employee they have in my opinion..very honest and very good at finding what you want. I bought the first truck he found me I was in and outta there..now for getting the truck services I'm there forever dealing with two rude people!

Beyond pleased with the service I received from Cambrian Ford!! John Myers provided top notch service!John was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and his professionalism was fantastic! I would highly recommend when shopping for your next vehicle to head on over to Cambrian Ford! They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! This customer is still smiling!Keep up the great work team Cambrian Ford !

I have had issues with this store such as not telling me they were keeping my vehicle and for how long at the end of the day This made it difficult to get a rental which at least they did pay for.aside from that they do have friendly staff.

We have been dealing with Cambrian Ford for over 15 yrs. My wife and I have bought 4 vehicle's there, and always received good service. No problem with the maintenance neither! Brian and his team are on the ball. Detail shop always been great also. Thanks guys for your help assisting in whatever we were looking for. Great job done!!

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle at Cambrian Ford. Always great service, both in sales and maintenance. However, sales manager handed us a gift card from Tim Horton's to 'show his appreciation' it had $1.73 on it!! Thanks, I almost enjoyed a full cup of coffee on you. LOL! I'm sure he just handed me the wrong card....
