Owen was fantastic as he greeted me, gave me a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the new 2016 Civic Sedan. More importantly, he was always upfront and honest with me and listened well to what I was looking for and ensured the criteria for my new car were met. I signed the lease agreement on my new 2016 Honda Civic Touring Sedan on the same day I walked into Honda Road Sport because of Owen's salesman ship. As good as the car is and can essentially sell itself... if Owen wasn't on point and customer centric (most dealers only care about meeting their sales quotas or month end bonuses), I would've made my purchase from another Honda Dealership. So keep up the great work Owen!

Very helpful and accommodating. Explained everything about the car, lease guard and the leasing agreement. Gave me some options and explained the difference and the benefits of financing and leasing.
