Having booked & confirmed my last free oil change within the required dates was then informed on arrival that your dealership could not honour this & I would have to take it to another dealer for the free oil change Unfortunate as had had a very good experience buying my Spark from josh last year & had the first free oil change done by you OK I was well within the date for this last oil change to be done

The staff were great to work with, particularly Halina Dart. She looked after the details in a friendly and professional manner. The orientation to all the navigation and entertainment bells and whistles, and how to operate the sunroof, were particularly helpful. J

Needed help to just take a look at why my speakers in my 2016 Sierra were screaming with feedback no and they wouldnt even take a few minutes to help me. Can barely drive the vehicle its so loud. Say radio guy only comes on Wednesdsy. Anyone with a basic understanding of the new vehicles could have at least helped me out if they stand behind customer support. It is Friday and I am supposed to wait until Wednesday. Give me a break.
