Did not tighten bolts on tire almost fell off

Did not tighten bolts on tire almost fell off. Went to get rotors and pads looked at. Everything was fine a couple days later after not using the car much went to drive it to my mechanic and told me the the noise I was hearing was the banging of 2 nuts being gone and the other 3 being loose almost falling off. Thats insane.

I was immediately greeted with a salesperson whose name was David Thibodeau as I entered Sutherland Honda on Prospect Street in Fredericton. Although it was late in the day and very near closing time, Mr Thibodeau took the time to give me all the information I requested. In no way did he make me feel hurried and, since I was accompanied by my daughter and granddaughter, he was very gracious. He especially gave me the facts on the condition of the car, warranty, mileage and did so in a speedy and efficient manner. I would recommend his services to anyone. mary carr

I have been a customer of this dealership for over 23 years and have had an overall stellar experience. Even when mistakes have been made, they were corrected well within my expectations. The current service manager has always given me time if I have questions or concerns and I have never felt patronized. I hope the future continues at least as well.
