Took my wife's vehicle in for a battery change, and the staff was thorough and informed us of other legitimate issues with the vehicle, that were promptly repaired. Great service all the way - dealt with Cara (Kara perhaps) in service who was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Overall good. Kara is very helpful and communicated clearly what the issues were with my vehicle. Since I use my vehicle for work and work during the day, it's always hard to find an appointment time that works for me. I brought my car in late, but they helped me out big time by taking a look at it anyways. The only downside with my experience was the mechanic said I needed new run channels because they were dirty, and since they weren't covered under the warranty, it would have cost me $600. I avoided having to pay the $600 by taking 5 minutes to clean them myself with a Lysol wipe and they worked much better after that. $600 job done in 5 minutes for free. You guys should hire me as a mechanic! :P But really though, that would have been a huge unnecessary cost for someone who doesn't know their way around a vehicle. Overall solid experience though. We traded a vehcile that was nothing but issues in after more than 4 years of struggling with it. Got a new CRV. They said they think it's fixed. It's been in the shop 3 times in 40 days for cracked bushings and sensor issues! It's gotten the same issue fixed twice now! We will see! Same as usual. Dont trust honda or palladino. The general manager never responds.

Install, balance and alignment of 4 summer tires. The service advisor Kara Wing was very helpful and effective. The shuttle service was really appreciated.

I called on Monday morning for an appointment to change my tires. Kara said I could bring my car in on Tuesday morning at 8:30. We dropped off my car on Monday night. Tuesday morning I got a text saying that my car had been checked in. Kara also texted me to see if I needed the shuttle to pick me up and she also texted me to say that my car was ready. She is a pleasure to deal with!

I had enjoyed my time at Palladino Honda. Robert Shea was informative and took his time helping me find a good car. He made sure that I was able to get a car that I can afford. He also ensured that I was comfortable with the process. The experience was beyond what I imagined for and I'm grateful for Robert, Mike, and anyone that was able to make that process as easy possible.
