Well took my car in last December 2014 someone had backed into my bumper and even though I have a Hyundai they said to go to Cambrian Ford. I did get other estimates but went to CF. I was told their work is guaranteed for life and will never crack or peel. 3 and a half months later guess what.... paint cracking!!! I took it in today so they could fix it went to get it now there are little grains in the paint as if it wasn't cleaned properly. Advised the guy who was working there at the guy I dealt with had gone home. I left went to go get some stuff at the store opened my back door and there on the floor in the back seat is my mud guard and on the seat were all the screws that held it in. They didn't put it back together!!!! So now I am beyond super pissed off. I have to call in the morning I live in Gatchel and they are 20 minutes away they are going to be compensating me for my time and gas or this will be taken a step further. Unprofessional and not caring about the customer except when your there to pay them, I will post more tomorrow after I have dealt with them in the morning..... stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now here is the edit to my post earlier. I went back to Cambrian Ford and they had buffed out and did what they had to do to finish it properly. They put my mud guard back on and this time they washed the car off so I guess the dust wasn't able to get back into the clear coat. I was offered a $10 gas card for my troubles. I stated I had to drive 40 minutes round trip 2 days in a row be put out all day yesterday while waiting for my car and then at their mercy for a shuttle to get me home and back. This does not include my time that was wasted in this matter yesterday and today. I was advised that the company that supplies them their product ( I was told it was an issue with the primer ) was reimbursing them for their guys time to fix this.......... ummmm I got a $10 gas card and it has virtually cost them nothing to fix this... fair... I say not after voicing my concern in regards to this and saying the time and the gas and the money I was out they get their time looked after and I got a $10 gas card go figure then he said I can offer you a free oil change and I said you want me to come back here again for more service do you not think I am a bit cautious about doing this? But if I do decide to I will contact him and then he will let service know. So it is nice to know that Cambrian is there hands out to collect money from people to " fix " their vehicle but wants to give you a pittance back if you are inconvenienced in any way with their service. Please to all my friends out there be very cautions about heading there to get this done and I will be warning the thousands of people I see monthly in Northern Ontario about what happened to me. From what I've read I guarantee I'll never buy my Ford from here. I can also tell when a company makes fake reviews as a way to fool people into coming here. Look at the last two positive reviews.
