So I had issues with a used car I bought about 2 years ago and decided to go for a new one ( Mazda) called and I was transferred to Tanner Engel at Bank Street Mazda. I told him my car issues and my budget and we agreed to meet. From the moment I stepped in to Mazda show room he was super friendly, patient and he understood my needs and most importantly my budget and we able to arrive at a great deal. For me this what great customer service is all about. I will for sure refer people to Tanner Engel. Thank you so much Tanner.

Saad has been helping me try to find a new car. He listens to my needs and follows up with new stock to try to locate my perfect car. Saad, Sully and the entire team were amazing and welcoming from start to finish. I never felt pressured to purchase a car.
