Buying a new vehicle is a challenge at the best of times. During this year of covid, it can be even more daunting. My deal started as several online exchanges with Ahmed, which pretty much closed the deal without making an appearance at the dealership - great to be able to do this, given current circumstances. Appointment made to finalize the deal, walk through of the new vehicle, review the financial, etc with Fayez and the set date for pickup of the new vehicle. Everything went smoothly, no issues and no pressure. All health precautions observed and never felt I was at risk. There's an old line that says most people would rather have a root canal than buy a new car - definitely not the case here! Thanks again to Ahmed, Fayez and the whole team for a great buying experience!

My experience at Bank Street Mazda was fantastic! All staff members were polite, professional, and helpful. However, a special mention must go to Saad El Aaouani who went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and helped make the process as seamless as possible! Very quick to respond to calls and emails. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I would definitely recommend Bank Street Mazda, and ask for Saad El Aaouani. 5 STAR sales consultant, 5 STAR dealership!

My experience at Bank street Mazda was amazing ! I went to many Mazda dealerships in Ottawa they were all good but that one was the best! Thanks to Saad Aaouani who was super helpful, welcoming and professional! Saad made my purchase very enjoyable and smooth ! He went above and beyond to get me the best deal ! I really appreciate the effort that you have put into this ! I would definitely go back and I would specifically recommend dealing with Saad Aaouani :)

I had an amazing experience with Mazda bank street this morning. I dealt with Saad El Aaouani he went above and beyond to get me the best deal. This month i was going to several dealers and he was the best ever! The car i bought was a surprise for my sister and he made the effort to get me decorations for the car to help me surprise my sister! My experience at Bank Street Mazda was one of the best car buying experiences I've had and was enjoyable from the moment I set foot in the building and was greeted by my sales manager, Ibraheem. All the staff, especially; Ibraheem and Fayez, were exceptional. Both Ibraheem and Fayez took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything that I wanted and more importantly, what I needed. They both were very friendly, professional, and polite during my first Mazda purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a family member or friend!
