I was happy with the service from the sales personnel Christian and Jolan, however I am not happy with the after-sales services with Zein. During my finance meeting, he was nice and helpful. However, when I contacted him to discuss my warranty following purchase, I felt he was dismissive (probably because I was enquiring about cancelling my warranty). Plus, in hindsight, I felt he failed to disclose additional information regarding the warranties for me to make an informed decision. Happy with the car though!

My experience at Bank Street Mazda was simply great! All the staff, especially; Ahmed, Fayez, Chris, John and Dave were exceptional! Everyone was extremely kind, polite, attentive and thoughtful during my purchase/trade in experience! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Bank Street Mazda and/or recommend them to a family member or friend! Thanks very much to the team at Bank Street Mazda!

I recently purchased a brand new Mazda Cx-5 and Ibraheem Joumaa helped me step by step throughout the whole process. He's an amazing person to deal with also trustworthy to help anyone buy a car. Also still helping me in my car needs even after the SALE has been made. The service team is also very proffesional doing a great job taking care of my first oil change. Im so happy to be able to find the best salesperson to best the right product at the best dealership!

Purchased a cx-9 here and was helped by Christian. Everyone was extremely helpful and Christian was very professional. What stands out the most for me was how easy Christian made everything for me. I was at another Mazda dealership earlier on and instead of them offering something for my trade I was being forced into choosing a vehicle first and only then I would get a trade in value for my vehicle. Based on this pressure I ended up leaning towards the wrong vehicle. Once that was done instead of being given a value for my trade I was asked what I wanted for it. The whole process was very difficult and there was no clarity. When I got to Bank street mazda one of the first things I was provided was a trade in value for my vehicles (two in this case as I was downgrading to one), this made the decision making process very easy for me as I had a baseline to work with instead of playing a guessing game. I would happily do business with them again, I want the car buying experience to be fun instead of a chore, bank street mazda, specifically Christian made that happen. Highly recommend.
