There was a major miscommunication with another dealership when trading in my mazda cx-3 that I had originally bought from bank street mazda. I was told it was in a previous accident so was pretty upset. Christian quickly emailed me to clear things up and offered to give me a value on the car. Huge misunderstanding on my end and I apologize to bank street mazda for that!! Thank you for quickly contacting me and clearing things up.

Good experience at the dealership. However, this vehicle has the WORST owner's manual I have ever come across. Pictures vague, generic explanations. It seems Mazda expects you to know the car better than they do. The controls in the cabin were printed with a magnifying glass.
