Purchased a cx-9 here and was helped by Christian. Everyone was extremely helpful and Christian was very professional. What stands out the most for me was how easy Christian made everything for me. I was at another Mazda dealership earlier on and instead of them offering something for my trade I was being forced into choosing a vehicle first and only then I would get a trade in value for my vehicle. Based on this pressure I ended up leaning towards the wrong vehicle. Once that was done instead of being given a value for my trade I was asked what I wanted for it. The whole process was very difficult and there was no clarity. When I got to Bank street mazda one of the first things I was provided was a trade in value for my vehicles (two in this case as I was downgrading to one), this made the decision making process very easy for me as I had a baseline to work with instead of playing a guessing game. I would happily do business with them again, I want the car buying experience to be fun instead of a chore, bank street mazda, specifically Christian made that happen. Highly recommend.

It has been 11 years since I have bought a car, so it was great that my sales person, Christian Fuentes, made it so easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend him and the dealership, to anyone looking to make their car-shopping experience both enjoyable and successful.

Christian (sales rep) was great. Never pressured me at any point, just provided answers when I asked. Took the time (nearly 3 hours in total) to go through options that would give me the vehicle I wanted (CX-5 GS AWD) at a price I was happy with. Fayez (finance) was equally great taking the time to explain the various packages I could add or decline and the overall affect on my payment. Whole process was quick easy. Would definitely recommend Bank St Mazda to others.

I went to this dealership looking to lease a new car and I went as a drop in with my boyfriend. We were greeted by Houssein Ayache immediately and he asked what I was looking for and then proceeded to show us the Mazda CX-5, he asked me questions rather than assuming he knew what I wanted and also made a test drive happen quickly as I had an appointment soon after. I unfortunately did not go with a Mazda but honestly I would have if it was based off just the salesperson. He was extremely kind, patient and personable. I recommend if you go in to ask to speak with him as he is eager to please. Thank you Houssein for making my experience great, I wish you the best of luck in the future!

Highly recommend dealing with this dealership. Purchased a used M3 a month back with the help of Jimmy and Hussein. They made this process a smooth and enjoyable one. I did not feel pressured and walked away with a great car within my budget. Thanks guys!
