Certified vehicles aren’t certified in the sense of the word when other dealerships use it. Reliability is awful their communication is even worse. Entire days wasted eating to hear back from people who have “just stepped out for lunch.” My 2018 which I bought in January has melted light sockets, spark plugs are shot and not even legal tread on the tire which has me wondering how honest the safety even is. 10/10 would suggest you stay away at all costs

The owner Nick and his staff were amazing to deal with from start to Finish they made sure you were in a car you loved .In the last month they helped myself and my son and step son all get into cars 🚗 that we love . They also offer great warranties that you can customize to your vehicle purchase

My experience at Empire auto group was excellent , Haig was a great salesman who never made me feel pressured at all. He answered any questions we had , had quick response when i sent my initial enquiry over, and the entire process to buy my vehicle was smooth. I drove from Windsor to deal this this dealership, after shopping around for quite some time for a vehicle, this was our final stop in the search. they made it very easy for us. i would absolutely recommend this dealership and Haig too anybody searching for a good vehicle and a stress free experience. thanks alot Empire Auto group, and Haig !

Mr Shawn Uz Is your guy! This man helped me and my friend so much and I can never thank him enough. Six months later my car is still in good condition! His invested in helping people and it’s very rare to find people like him. He will get you the best deals and most important get you a car that won’t give you any problems. His invested in helping people and to me that’s everything especially when you’re about to make such a big purchase.

Yeah my wife bought her car November for commuting to work in Woodstock. You sold her a car with bald tires that we had to replace because they were so dangerous. Then she brought her car in to have the ABS sensory fixed. Not only did they not fix it and still charge her but they tried to hard wire the ABS wire directly to the computer panel which you most definitely not supposed to do. Now she has to pay $600 to have the ABS sensory and wires replaced because your very poorly trained mechanic did so much damage. If you want to make this up to her and have me change my review how about giving us the $600 its going to cost us to fix the damage done by your poorly trained mechanic
