Super happy with my experience

After searching around for a vehicle that would meet my needs and would fall within my budget, I was very happy to find my way to Kirk's desk. Rather than suggesting a list of vehicles to me as I walked in the door, Kirk took the time to sit down with me and listen to all my needs and preferences. After our first session, Kirk made a promise to do some research. We met a second time and Kirk made only one suggestion. His suggestion was spot on. I completely agreed with him and after one day of looking around the province, i hopped into my new truck and drove away as a very happy customer. As I write this review, it has been a couple months with the vehicle and I am still as happy as 'day one' with my new vehicle. Thank you Kirk.

I was greeted immediately and my truck was ready on time. My tire and a chip on my windshield were repaired. I was given excellent service, the staff is always friendly and the technicians are reliable and trustworthy.

I was called about a recall on the brakes of my truck and the representative was very informative and accommodating. I was asked at the end if there was anything else I needed. I informed her that I did have a noise issue on my truck and she documented it on the work order to have it checked. She was very polite and pleasant.
