Well all in all not a bad experience but not perfect either when you add up all the little things. Firstly didn't leave with the vehicle I wanted but did get into a suv that I inquired about and wasn't offered. There was alot of standing around and waiting. When it came to delivery of the vehicle felt like I was rushed out the door it was delivered dirty and apparently had went through a certified GM used car inspection but the little things say other wise all 4 tires had 5 to 10 pds less air and one was missing its air valve cap. Also was low on oil and the oil is very dirty so don't believe it has ever been changed. But there is some positives like prize mountain and they did detail it a week later but only because it was supposed to have a remote start installed but when they realized they couldn't they cut me a cheque but only enough to cover the cost of an extra key as the vehicle only came with one. But Jeff Bailey was a great salesman and very friendly highly recommended him.

Bought a used truck from Krista at SMP and was treated the same as if I was buying a new one. Awesome service and great atmosphere, would highly recommend 👌

Our salesman and the team at SMP were good to deal with and were very helpful at getting everything done that we needed to for our used purchase. They were very good at answering any questions we had to their best knowledge.
