Everyone was so helpful. My service advisor Devon was very prompt to check out my battery and it was replaced with a new one while I waited. I appreciated the help on this cold winter day!

WOW! From start to finish, Dan and the team at SMP knocked the whole experience out of the park! We arrived at the dealership without really knowing what we were looking for. Dan and Christina went above and beyond at each step, helping us figure out what our needs were, and found us a vehicle suited to exceed those needs and expectations. They were a wealth of knowledge not only about the products, but also answered all our questions on process. Shout out to Jami, who was also amazing! Super helpful, kind and approachable for all kinds of questions. The best thing about the whole experience was how welcoming everyone was - the customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you Dan, Christina and Jami for everything!

I missed Clint but the replacement maintenance service staff “Samantha” is equally good. The shuttle driver (Dave or Dan?) drove safely both ways (home-SMP) and I didn’t wait.
