ATROCES comme service, ils vous mentent, vous prennent pour un con qui connait rien au voitures avec leurs raisons pas possibles. se renvoi la balle d'un services a l'autres. Pour un simple changement de haut-parleur défectueux j'ai due prendre 3 rendez-vous, 3 journées de congés. tout ca a cause d'erreur dans la commande des pièces. J'ai retrouvé de la vitre sur le plancher de ma voiture, apres 6 mois de bataille avec le concessionnaire et hyundai canada jai enfin eu une réponse 24hr après une mise en demeure. Ma vitre arriere avait été heurter par la porte de garage et ils ne me l,avaient jamais mentionné.Aucun dédommagement car selon eux j.ai acheté un modèle dites démo et que c'est choses peuvent s'avoir produit sur un démos et c'est NORMAL. Une carte d'essence était donner mais elle n'a jamais fonctionné, après 3 mois à me faire répondre des niaiseries de raison pour ne pas m'en donner une autre, hyundai canada les à forcer.
