If there was a zero I’d give it to them. I bought a used ram from this dealer less than a year ago. They failed to include an item, a winter grill cover, nessicary to operate the vehicle in the winter as per FCA R51 recall. As a result I had the engine troubles described in the bulletin. Instead of repairing the vehicle and ordering the grill cover with an apology, they decided to take off only half of one portion of the bill and charge me full price for the grill cover. I will not be returning here for any future service down the road. I’ll find another dealer who actually cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to correct mistakes that they have made. My recommendation, do not purchase your vehicle here and do not use their service department.

I bought a used truck years ago from these guys and everything was fine. When it came time to buy another vehicle I thought I would check them out again. I found a vehicle I liked and wanted to make an offer on it, the salesman told me that I would have to put down a 500$ deposit before they would consider it. Stupid me, I gave them the deposit, the salesman gave the offer to the used car manager who countered my offer with an absurdly higher price and I simply said no thanks and asked for my deposit back. The manager refused to refund my deposit until I sat down and listened to his sales pitch... I gave him a chance and quickly realized that we were not going to reach a deal. Again I asked for my deposit back and again he refused. Once tensions got out of hand I told him that he was holding my deposit hostage and wouldn’t let me leave, I told him I would call the police and he stepped toward me and said “go ahead see where that gets you”. I called the police and they explained that the matter was one for the civil court and not criminal. A lesser man would have knocked the sob on his ass but I tried to take the high road and reason with him. I was in the dealership for over 3 hours before the receptionist who was really embarrassed and wanted to go home gave me my money. The manager kept yelling at me all the way to my car and drove away. This dealership is owned by Walt Morris, he has a number of dealerships around Winnipeg. I could go on about what a horrible experience this was but I’ll leave it at this. DO NOT Give these guys your business. I have never had a worse experience. Oh, and the salesman phoned me the next day and asked me to come back to discuss “our potential deal”. Seriously.

The service department and the collision center do not communicate well at all. Since April of 2017 until now, my car has been sitting on their lot for over a month. First, waiting for accreditation to fix my autopac claim, (accident in March of last year, while I had sbow tires on it) then to fix my car, (accreditation did not happen until June) then to reprogram my key fob since it did not work. Warranty work was done but the Fob was programmed wrong again. Went through that three times. Finally got the rim fixed, but that took 9 days. Just got the car back today and I am terrified of having to take it there for service again. Sales people are awesome, but the body shop and collision centre are difficult to deal with. Got called on Tuesday that they would fix the rim and I should have the car that day. It is now Saturday and I had to call them to get my car. No loaner, no offer of a loaner because they weren't sure it was part of the claim. It was and I told them that four times. By the time they got the car the summer tires were on and they had the winter tires. Crickets........

I will start off by saying that after my terrible experience Winnipeg Dodge did call and apologize however after my mother called due to me not being taken seriously. While I do appreciate the apology I still do not think that ANYONE should have to experience what I experienced. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for warranty and I had a friend with me and was told on the phone that I would have a courtesy vehicle waiting for me when I dropped my personal vehicle off. When I arrived there was no courtesy vehicle in sight and I was told the person I dealt with no longer worked there. To my surprise said individual did not note that I was getting a courtesy vehicle and I was informed I would have to pay for a rental as they would not. (However the employee I spoke to said I wouldn’t have to pay for a rental) after this I spoke to the service manager, Dave (David) and he was incredibly rude to me. He belittled me, and when my friend reminded me that I have a gold warranty as I had forgotten to which he responded with “ I was talking to her, not you, I don’t need two people talking I’m only talking to one person.” To which my friend responded by saying he was being rude to which Dave said “ I don’t need a little backup.” As if I wasn’t already feeling upset to begin with. He then informed me in a very harsh tone that he would not be giving me the services I had been promised and I left in tears without getting my vehicle fixed. My fiancé then called and Dave stated he would never treat a customer that way and insinuated that I was not treated that way at all. To which my fiancé said well then explain to me why she called me crying. Horrible customer service, the service manager Dave, should not be working with customers if that is how he treats them. I’ll be taking my business to Selkirk Dodge as I’ve never had a problem with them.

I dropped in to have my car serviced at 36,000 km. I also wanted new windshield wipers and my air filter changed. To my surprise, they had none in stock. They had to order them from the USA. Back the next day, they did replace my wipers with no labour charges. The parts man forgot to order my air filter. I would have to come back again tomorrow. I said no, I have things to do. See you at my 68,000 km service.
