We had a great experience at South Trail Chrysler. Kyle and Brandon were very professional and helped us with getting the new truck we wanted hassle free. I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep from this dealership but I have had nothing but extremely frustrating experiences with the service center for maintenance. Most recently, I booked my vehicle in for routine maintenance and full detailing. In order to add in the detailing service I was told I had to drop it off first thing in the morning, causing me to take a day off work. Despite asking the technician, the service desk, the shuttle driver (dropping me off) and then calling again to confirm that someone would pick me up at the end of the day, they failed to do so causing me to miss a class and be left without my vehicle on a Friday night. Furthermore, I go in the next morning to pick it up only to find out that they “didn’t have time” to do the detailing (I took a day off work for this) and, because they parked my car on the lot overnight, I now have hail damage on my hood and roof. The previous appointment I had was to change my tires in which they quoted me well over $1500 than my local auto shop for the same tires. Previous to that, I brought my car in for shaking at which they told me it was mud in the tire but the actual cause was a bent rim that eventually needed to be replaced. Overall, this team is not thorough and I’m not impressed with any service I have ever received.
