Recently bought a 2020 RAM from South Trail and had a great experience. I dealt with Shane Matthews and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was upfront and to the point. He was very thorough and actively followed up with me on a number of fronts. Would highly recommend dealing with Shane if you're looking for a new Chrysler/Dodge/Ram!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I went in to test drive a used car and came out feeling very uneasy. After the test drive, the sales rep didn't ask any questions about how I liked the vehicle, he went straight to "let me take you to the front so you can pay the deposit". He refused to tell me trade in value, fiance options or any kind of price negotiations before I gave them a deposit. I felt very pressured and forced into the sale. It was a classic case of a pushy car salesman.

Hi Melissa, we apologize that your experience was less than exceptional. My understanding is that you let your salesperson know you still had some shopping to do and that you weren't completely satisfied with the vehicle you looked at, which is totally fine. He explained the process we use for vehicle appraisals and finance terms, in which we typically do not provide detailed information, or evaluate the trade, until you have found a vehicle that you love and placed a deposit. My understanding is that he wasn't pressuring you to leave a deposit, especially since you indicated you had other vehicles to see, but rather explaining the process in the event you returned, whether for the vehicle you drove or a completely different one. It's a car dealership. If the car I wanted had been available elsewhere I'd have gone elsewhere.

This place has always been my go to for oil change and changing tires. I'm glad I can say they haven't changed despite the difficult current times. They are very clean, organize, and friendly staff.
