I bought my truck at Southpoint in 2022. Proablly the best buying experience I have had so far. Thats where the positive experience ended. In short. Their service department is a bit of a train wreck. On the first service of the truck they did some damage to the rims while doing a needless rotation. I took it in again a few weeks ago for a recall and foolishly asked them to just do an oil change. I specifically asked them not to touch the wheels as I had recently put OEM winter tires and rims on. The Tech wasn't paying attention and rotated the tires anyway. They again did damage to two of the rims in the process. I showed them the damage .and the service advisor told me they would arange for a loaner and have the damage repaired. There has been no follow up from anyone at the dealership to arrange the repair. I have contacted them and have still heard nothing. I personally will never take my truck back to southpoint for anything. Its not worth the hassle.

First of all, don't ever buy a Chrystler in general. They are the only manufacturer in canada that won't support you through CAMVAP if you get a lemon. My vans transmission crapped out at 70000km and it took chrystler months to fix it, I drive for a living, so I lost all of my income for this time. I had to call them every single time in order to get any updates. I was never reimbursed for any of the time that I lost being able to drive as I cannot work in a rental. Kept getting told different things from different staff. Since replacing my transmission there has been no follow up on the performance of the vehicle. I would recommend never purchasing a chrystler, because when things go wrong (and they will) they really don't care about you as a person. Especially if you rely on your vehicle for work, this is a horrible option. I have had the same terrible experience at every chrystler dealership I have dealt with in Airdrie/calgary. Don't buy it.

Hailey was extremely friendly from the time I walked on the lot to look at their vehicle, all the way up to explaining everything about the jeep! She wss extremely professional, very helpful! We bought a used vehicle from South Trail for our daughter. One month after purchase the engine was shot. There was no way we could afford to replace the motor and I expected a huge fight from the dealership. What I received was the exact opposite! The efforts that this dealership went through to help get an engine replacement was remarkable. You would not know we were first time customers by the way we were treated. Jed in the service department deserves a huge pat on the back. Due to his consistent care and attention, we will definitely be going back to this dealership the next time we are looking for a vehicle.
