Dodge this dealership! I went to this place thinking I will get a truck that I want RAM1500 longhorn with my trade but end up walking out because my trade in vehicle has no worth. I went to the other dodge dealership on SOUTHTOWN CHRYSLER at the same day I got the truck I want it minus my trade in. They took my trade in with no hesitation... I repeat dodge this dealership!!!

Pretty good, sales manager Mike was a ton of help I made him work extra hard to find a vehicle that I was content about and I was terribly fussy and he was absolutely polite and patient all the way till the end I'm super happy with my choice of an SUV and though its second hand with a bit of mileage it drives like new. Defintley recommed this sales manager and the dealer ship!

Worse experience ever. Traded in a Truck Mid December, its almost the end of Jan and I still have not received the driving lights that were on my trade in and now after a month and a half they appear lost.... Winter tires were thrown into my deal.... they have not even been ordered yet. Managers are rude and make statements like " I want to kill him" - in reference to a salesman apparently not doing his job right. And putting down their salemen over the phone calling them "off ducks" etc I have been passed from our salesman to a manager to another manager- Still absolutely nothing has been done... As soon as I drove off the lot I received no customer service, It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. Managers say they will callback in 10 min and they wont... you can call every hour for two days and still get no return. I am hurt and very upset that I spend over 80k at this dealership and I have been treated like absolute crap. I would never ever suggest anyone to even step foot in this place!
