St. Albert Dodge

I was at St.Albert dodge a couple days ago looking at a used 2008 car as my next car, i ran into constant issues with this. to start i did like the car very much and probably would have bought it, and the salesperson WAS amazing. But while on the test drive i glanced at the odometer and noticed it was as they advertised at 84000 kms but closer looking at it you could see they converted it to miles. so in the parking lot i changed it back. simple as holding the button thats between the dials. it now read over 136,000kms. they denied this being their fault and stuck by their price of $19,000 so i asked to take it for an extended test drive still liking it, and like any other dealership they said it would be no problem, they just needed a small deposit and to sign some papers. Within 2 minutes i was presented with a paper and told that i would only be allowed to take it for an exteded test drive if i signed a bill of sale and bought the car right there. and its their policy to only give extended test drives if you own the vehicle. i would stay away, they are nice but had i not read through the papers they handed me i would have bought a car thinking i was only test driving it

The staff are absoloutely amazing! My salesman was Moe, who helped me purchase my 2013 wrangler which totally rocks!! I looked at other dealerships & their prices couldn't even compare. The sales managers Stan & Ravi we're a complete pleasure! (Not to mention everyone there is really good looking). I had an oil change a couple days ago & the girl in service, Kaity, was hilarious!! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, for a good price, in a friendly atmosphere St.Albert Dodge is where it's at!!

After two weeks of trying to buy a new vehicle with them, we gave up chasing the salesmen ( meaning they NEVER returned phone calls). We took our buisness elsewhere and bought a brand new truck within 3 days. We live fairly close to this dealership but will NEVER deal with them again, not even for service. We would rather drive to the south side for a new vehicle/service rather than dealing with them. Bad experiences, one after another. If you don't value your time and love to be jerked around, St Albert dodge is for you!!!

very good service dept... took my truck in cause i had wheel locks on it and no key.. took off the wheel locks at no charge, thanks for the help, will spend money in the future with this service dept, thanks guys.

My Exp. with this dealership is they simply do not stand behind the products they sell or the work they do. Seriously consider looking for a dealer with a better service and sales philosophy.
