Hated it, had heard a lot of talk around St Albert about what a terrible dealership this was, and their bad reputation is true! They definitely deserve the bad reviews

Worse experience ever. Traded in a Truck Mid December, its almost the end of Jan and I still have not received the driving lights that were on my trade in and now after a month and a half they appear lost.... Winter tires were thrown into my deal.... they have not even been ordered yet. Managers are rude and make statements like " I want to kill him" - in reference to a salesman apparently not doing his job right. And putting down their salemen over the phone calling them "off ducks" etc I have been passed from our salesman to a manager to another manager- Still absolutely nothing has been done... As soon as I drove off the lot I received no customer service, It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. Managers say they will callback in 10 min and they wont... you can call every hour for two days and still get no return. I am hurt and very upset that I spend over 80k at this dealership and I have been treated like absolute crap. I would never ever suggest anyone to even step foot in this place!

I was at St.Albert dodge a couple days ago looking at a used 2008 car as my next car, i ran into constant issues with this. to start i did like the car very much and probably would have bought it, and the salesperson WAS amazing. But while on the test drive i glanced at the odometer and noticed it was as they advertised at 84000 kms but closer looking at it you could see they converted it to miles. so in the parking lot i changed it back. simple as holding the button thats between the dials. it now read over 136,000kms. they denied this being their fault and stuck by their price of $19,000 so i asked to take it for an extended test drive still liking it, and like any other dealership they said it would be no problem, they just needed a small deposit and to sign some papers. Within 2 minutes i was presented with a paper and told that i would only be allowed to take it for an exteded test drive if i signed a bill of sale and bought the car right there. and its their policy to only give extended test drives if you own the vehicle. i would stay away, they are nice but had i not read through the papers they handed me i would have bought a car thinking i was only test driving it

The staff are absoloutely amazing! My salesman was Moe, who helped me purchase my 2013 wrangler which totally rocks!! I looked at other dealerships & their prices couldn't even compare. The sales managers Stan & Ravi we're a complete pleasure! (Not to mention everyone there is really good looking). I had an oil change a couple days ago & the girl in service, Kaity, was hilarious!! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, for a good price, in a friendly atmosphere St.Albert Dodge is where it's at!!
