Incredible Service! Completely satisfied with our vehicle. Saleperson, Shane Hughes went above and beyond, as usual! This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from him. Our son purchased feom him also. Would definitely recommend them if you want to have a positive automobile purchasing experience!

Just picked up my 23 ram from Mark last weekend at St Albert dodge. He was great, super attentive to details and didn't pressure me into buying something i didn't need / want . Told him exactly what i wanted & he showed me options based on that and didn't try to upsell . Extremely happy with my new truck. Will definitely be back. Way better buying experience this time than the previous dealership i used .

Chris and his team helped us out in February as we were passing through St.Albert to cold lake on a two month work trip. The team spent ample time helping us with some key and truck issues, even calling the cold lake Chrysler to ensure they had any parts in the event we needed them. They ensured we were good to go before we hit the road, and gave us advice and reassurance for the next leg of our journey. Chris even made a point to give us his personal number in case we needed any further guidance or support. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. Keep up the great work!
