Horrible experience at St. Albert Dodge. The only once who kept the sale a go was Daylan in Finance. We purchased a used vehicle which is what we were going for. We were told the truck would not need any maintenance for a long time because it was completely gone through and fixed up. Shane even got upset when I asked him if any work did need to be done in the future could it be done at another dealership, he snapped and told me nothing would need to be done. Then within less then 48 hours the oil change indicator came on. When we called and spoke to Shane he ensured us the oil had been changed and they must not have reset the sensor. So we did the reset, but we also called the dealership in our city and upon investigation no oil was changed and no maintenance of any sort had been recorded. So in our package we had purchased the 8 oil change package and tire rotations to cover us for a few years. Because we were told that the oil change had been done and wasn't we would get an oil change credited to our account. After countless phone calls to St. Albert Dodge that have been ignore by managers and dealer principal our account has never been credited. And to boot when we went for an oil change in our home town the guys within minutes of doing the quick scan told us that one of our CV joints was gone and needed immediate repair. I will never deal with St. Albert Dodge ever again. The dealership we go to now has indicated that many customers have complained about them. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service here, again besides Daylan who was very empathetic and listened to our concerns and helped were he could.

Purchased my second vehicle yesterday from St.Albert dodge. I made the decision to buy from Johnathan Doucette again due to the exceptional customer service I received after the sale of the first truck I purchased from him. I would highly recommend Johnathan to anybody in the market for a new vehicle, very easy to do business and fairly negotiate with.

I brought my truck in for routine scheduled by appointment maintenance Oil change (part of my package), 4 new tires to be mounted and balanced ($189) I get the Toyo tires wholesale from a friend, I also had the change the 2 diesel fuel filters ( I normally do it myself in 40 min, but hey I was there for the oil change and tire mounting anyway . I told them I will wait (first one there at 7:00am) Guy says it will take 2 hours... ok maybe they're a little behind from the day before.. but now 5 hours later I get my truck, so besides having to wait 3 extra hours with no explanation or a hint of an apology, I look at the bill, I get charged an hour labour for the fuel filter install, ($195) plus because I brought my own fuel filters which I always do I buy them in bulk, they charged me an additional $60 shop charge….never seen that before. I purchased my last two new diesel trucks from them, but I have noticed that service has been getting worse each visit, It’s time to buy and get my next vehicle serviced at a different Dodge dealership. It’s like buying insurance if you don’t switch it up every so often, the service gets worse and the costs keep going up.
