Request to check "Ignition" lock issues was made as the key was failing to turn in Ignition, and the necessary checks were completed. Also requested to have "Oil & Filter" change completed as I was in the shop at the same time.

Fair negotiations but Finch didn’t honor a promotion event

I bought my truck during a sale promotion event. Tim the sales representative was excellent in explaining the aspects of the deal and Justin the sales manager did his best to make this deal work. We had a fair negotiation that lead to me buying the truck but when it came to Finch fulfill on the promotion event they failed claiming that I had a big discount!!! I believe regardless of the sale and how it was completed, a promise is a promise and Finch failed to meet that promise.

Very happy with the brake service completed on my Jeep, and the simple installation of a headlight that Oxford just couldn't figure out in two attempts. Service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Finch has a new customer.
