Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. Moh and the crew have given me their full attention to all my car needs. Thanks again for the great help! He has good knowledge of what he is doing and have a great customer service skills. He was very straightforward about vehicle details and price. We felt comfortable talking to him about financing situations and credit history. Every time saw his cheering face with positive aura that make feel he is the right person to talk.

Purchased our 4th vehicle from Finch Chrysler, this time we purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram Warlock from Tim Beernink! Awesome experience as always. Super helpful no pressure. Got a great deal on a beautiful truck! Also was in for service and dealt with Brittany she’s a rock star! Thanks Finch Chrysler!

Poor customer service

It took an escalation to get an appointment made for a seasonal tire swap. I created 2 online service requests, chatted online with Jordan to see where my requests went and left a voice mail. I made an appointment for 10:30 on Saturday and I arrived a few minutes early but ended up standing in front of the service advisor for 20 minutes before she acknowledged me. I was told it would be an hour for my service and I had another appointment to get to afterwords. I returned in an hour and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I stated that I had an appointment to get to and asked to pay to save time. I was told I couldn’t pay before the service was complete. After 6 or 7 minutes I was told I could pay even though the service was lot complete. I finally got my vehicle back but was late for another appointment which was not fair for the company who keeps customers on a schedule. I don’t know what happened to the team that used to work in the service department but this experience was not pleasant.

From when I called to when the vehicle was done the service it was above and beyond. Talking to Brittany on the phone was a pleasure and my vehicle came back with the front all cleaned up and a nice wash on the outside. Very happy.
