Best service ever!

The service advisor I had was amazing I forget what his name was but it was February 2nd at 4pm and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and he directed me in the right direction for my questions and was just beyond helpful.. he came out to meet me at the front desk to thank me for coming and handed me the keys and I felt so welcomed there and will continue to bring my vehicle there for service.

Start/Stop service required. James was wonderful, kept in touch, explained time frame and called next day to see how things are. Also threw in a cleaning with washing mats in front of my Jeep - AMAZING over and above, wonderful service team!

Excellent service and great customer service! I went in expecting an additional service on top of the oil change but was told that I didn’t need it so I was pleasantly surprised and happy they didn’t just go ahead with it because I was expecting it to be done.

I brought my 2018 Jeep wrangler in to have an oil leak repaired for what I thought would be covered under warranty. It was recommended to have a brake service completed, l said no thanks, it only has only 26,000 km on it. I then find out I am required to pay $139.95 for the diagnostics of the problem, I respond by asking even if the problem is covered by warranty? She says yes, I ask if she is sure. She proceeds to ask fellow advisor and I am told yes however if I have the brake service completed the diagnostic fee would be waved. I took my keys and said I would diagnose it my self. It turns out my oil filter housing is leaking and that is a well know issue with the type of motor in the Wrangler and has not yet been classified as a recall. What would the dealership like to do? This is a vehicle that has only 26,000 km on it, this is the first winter it has been driven in and has a gold plan extended warranty Not impressed. Jeff
