Work was don't at a timely manner and communication with James was excellent, however on the billing it did say my truck was washed when if actually wasn't. Other then that it was perfect

I was glad to get to service completed so efficiently and the lovely lady who helped me out to understand what was going on with the car was very patient. I was disappointed that we had to put $700 into a car we bought 6 months ago not the service workers fault but a little disappointed with the dealership itself since we pay for an extended warranty that didn’t cover any of it.

Was a good experience, friendly staff. No problems. Would have liked more communication with when my car would be ready. Kind of just got a call randomly saying “hey it’s here. When can you come get it?” Especially cause it took 5 months to build. I think there should be an app that allows the patron to see the status of the build at any time. Would better prepare me so I know when to roughly expect it. I felt blind the entire time. Had to call to get my VIN, had to call to see the status of the build. Last few days after receiving the call, had to scramble with getting shifts covered for work, insurance in order to pick up the vehicle. And lastly, I received an email from Dodge that said congrats on my purchase of my Cherokee…. I bought a challenger but thanks. Finer details matter, especially if I’m spending 70K on my vehicle… the least that can happen is get the vehicle right in the email. For those reasons I cannot give 5 stars. Staff when dealing with them were friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice to get vehicle specific info regarding how much it was lifted, etc. Stuff you would normally find on a window sticker
