Everyone was polite service waiting room was nice , but I have never waited 1.5 hours for an oil change before, especially since it was 8:30 appointment, and I was 5 -10 minutes early. And thought the price was a bit high. Not happy about the wait.

Craig Harwood is the most professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. I have purchased several cars over my lifetime, and Craig tops the sales team in leadership! He has taken care of my entire family for the last 8 years, and I wouldn't consider purchasing a car anywhere else. This is a man who cares about his job, and it shows in his workmanship and pride in his job.

I had the peace of mind winter service special and had my snow tires put on instead of a rotation. I also had two locking lug nuts removed since the last place had broken the key.excelent job

I had purchased my vehicle from Finch and move from London. I have made it a point to bring my vehicle to finch when we travel to London because of the past positive service experiences. However this last visit has made me question future loyalty. When driving my truck into the service bay and communicating with the service clerk, a large stature mechanic, approached us and abrasively said “you got the key for those lug nuts?!” Pointing to the wheels of the truck, taken back i wasn't sure how to respond, i said well i do not, I just torqued them and left the key at home. Ignoring me, he then said “cant get them off without it!” Walking away in a huff. Confused by this because my truck was not in to get the tires removed. The service clerk somewhat apologized for his behavior, in a way to shrug off thats how it is with him. I really want to add more about this mechanic, his aggressive assertive behavior was uncalled for he didn't introduce himself and the body language was that of someone who it seemed i was causing a inconvenience to. For the rest of the service; A. Poor communication. No phone call on how to proceed with the changing of a light bulb, which cost me more than it should have. B. Overpriced oil change C. Follow up service that didn't fix the issue resulted in a ghosting from the service tech. I understand Finch is in the business of making money and are a very busy tech/service shop. I will no longer make it a point to bring my vehicle there. I got the impression they really didn't need my service and got their pound of flesh anyway.

Brought my jeep in for regular oil change and a recall. Everyone was friendly. Vehicle was ready in 30 min. Thank you Finch for always taking care of everything!

When someone books their car in for 9am or whatever time, that’s when it should be started on. I had my truck in for an oil change at 9am I didn’t get it back until after 1pm. It should never ever take that long. I booed it in nice and early so I could go to my family Christmas which I had to show up late to because I had to wait for you to work on 10 other vehicles before mine that was booked in for 9am. That just doesn’t make sense why have us book for a time when you’re not going to start working on it at that time. Better organization of time management would be way better to get vehicles in and out faster and in a timely manner. Oil changes don’t take long to do.
