On my way to Myrtle Beach from Montreal, I noticed smoke in my mirrors. There was transmission fluid leaking and it splashed all under my F150. I was near Cornwall and stopped at Miller-Hughes Ford. They checked my pick-up right away and found the reason why. Thank you so much Miller-Hughes Ford !

I went to Miller Hughes to buy a 2022 F-150 with a Black Appearance Package. Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them as the payment was a bit out of my price range, I felt that the sales manager went out of his way to try and get me the best deal he could, as well as explained all of the pricing in detail. I still may purchase a vehicle from them in the future, as I found that they have a very honest and straight forward attitude. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

The people of Miller Hughes are wonderful. After my older truck died, I looked everywhere for a good used truck and saw one online at Miller Hughes which is and hour and 40 minutes from my house. I emailed on a Sunday and was shocked when I received a reply since the dealership was closed. Richard Tessier answered all my questions and gave me his cell phone number and I drove there Monday morning to see the truck. There was no pushiness, no trying to "sell" me the truck and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. With the help of Richard and the lovely Molly Roy, I bought my beautiful new to me truck. At the end of the week, the truck was waiting for me detailed and spotless with a couple of gifts courtesy of Richard Tessier. Thank you Richard, Molly, and everyone who helped get my truck all ready for me. I would highly recommend Miller Hughes Ford! My only regret is that I don't live close enough to use them for all my truck service needs!

My father brought in his 2014 ford fusion for a recall. When he picked his vehicle up, the engine cover was missing. When he asked where it was they said they didn’t know and that they could not replace it as they do not make them anymore. My question is how do you lose a customers engine cover and not reimburse them. This place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ford dealerships, and I will never bring my car or purchase one from them ever, And I would like to warn anyone in advance if you take your vehicle there check it before you leave, they are thieves.

Marcel thanks for the comments and my Service manager look back at when this recall was done in 2019. At the time it was documented that you asked about the engine cover and we researched the build equipment for that model year and found that model did not include an engine cover for all 2014 Fusions. Rest assured your car was in original specifications and nothing is missing.
