My father brought in his 2014 ford fusion for a recall. When he picked his vehicle up, the engine cover was missing. When he asked where it was they said they didn’t know and that they could not replace it as they do not make them anymore. My question is how do you lose a customers engine cover and not reimburse them. This place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ford dealerships, and I will never bring my car or purchase one from them ever, And I would like to warn anyone in advance if you take your vehicle there check it before you leave, they are thieves.

Marcel thanks for the comments and my Service manager look back at when this recall was done in 2019. At the time it was documented that you asked about the engine cover and we researched the build equipment for that model year and found that model did not include an engine cover for all 2014 Fusions. Rest assured your car was in original specifications and nothing is missing.

Great place, great ppl. Had a part recall, they picked up the car and dropped it off well within the time they said. They even fixed my tire pressure as a courtesy.

Professional and friendly staff. As a female they didn't talk down or do any mansplaining. The courtesy shuttle was delayed and the service manager dropped me off at work himself so I wasn't late for work.

Very friendly staff good customer service, but make sure you do your own research before buying a new vehicle because on some point, but I think they miss some of the information I think customers should’ve known before they bought they are vehicle
