Miller Hughes Ford has taken care of my 2005 Escape for 10 years. At 390,000 kms, Miller Hughes always gave me an honest maintenance plan to get this far. I just purchased a used Lincoln MKX and take it there too. Any time that there was a problem away from the lot, they went the extra mile. My friends are surprised when I mention the extra mile they have gone for us.

Change of tires resulted in loss of 3 center caps eventhough this happened previously and I reminded staff of the problem.

Unfortunately, your customer service system has a problem recording previous and actual comments from customers. This is the SECOND time i lose center caps after tire installations. If you have accurate records you will see my comments last November, your sales remedy (credit and center caps provided) and a promise to review process with your tire crew. I am at a loss as to why this has happened a second time???? Strike 1, strike 2....

I’m happy to have Miller Hughes take care of my 2014 Ford Explorer. During the maintenance, technicians found a problem with the steering and front suspension so I’m rebooked for additional repairs. Glad they caught it now before it gets worse and more expensive to repair.

The visit was to replace the door latches and to inspect a bolt on the driver seat as per the recall notices. The work was completed within the estimated time.

Change to summer tires

When we drop off our tires and rims in the fall we had rims clean and emeral the tires. When my wife came back from changing our winter tires I was embarrassed to have our tires and rims looking like that on our 65,0000dollar truck. I call and was told to busy to wash tires and rims. Totally embarrassed I wash them when she got home, wasn't impressed!!!
