I had an unfortunate event happen with my older Jeep Patriot so I had to look into getting a replacement. Dale from sales was immensely helpful and kind, he helped me find a great vehicle that was within my range and I was still able to stay in the Jeep family. When it came to the financing side Andrea was great as well, she walked me through my options and was able to get me set up with payments that I felt comfortable with. There is a great team at this location, one that legitimately wants to see you happy and in a safe vehicle that you will enjoy.

Well if your looking for a dealership that communicates with you?....then stay away from this one. I was trying to get numbers on trade in values was dealing with 3 different people mainly because the original person I was dealing with went on vacation without saying or setting me up with someone else. The other two I dealt with were even worse. Was supposed to hear back two days ago and nothing. I'm done with this dealership and I would recommend staying away....unless you want terrible service and next to zero communication if so than this is the dealership for you. Thanks for nothing forest city.

If I could give a negative stars I would. This Dealership has to have the absolutely worst service department I have ever seen. Communications are horrible. I had a bad experience back in March and second guessed whether Id go back but their location is very close to my work so I thought Id give them another try. I needed some warranty work identified last March that they had to order parts for and they would call when the parts had come in. In August I called and they said yes they had the parts and they dropped the ball and forgot to call me. I made an appointment, for warranty work and a long list of other tasks, OLF, Slow flat tire, some caliper cover to put on, etc I say I will drop of the truck the evening before and ask is there a slot to put the key, they tell me where that is but at 8 o'clock when I get there to drop it off the lot is fenced off, thanks for not telling me that. Dropped it off at 9 am of the appointment day and at 3 oclock, only because I called do I find out that it wont be done. Not only will it not be done but they haven't even looked at it. They havent done one service on it and their explaination was that other jobs just took a lot longer than expected. Maybe I am being unreasonable but how is that my fault. I had an appointment and you did zero work on my truck the 6 hours you had it? I am at a loss for words

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris while looking for a vehicle. Chris did a great job of showing me different options available and explaining differences between models. I found a vehicle that suited my needs at another dealership unfortunately as I needed a vehicle ASAP, but would not hesitate to come back to work with Chris when I need another vehicle!

I wish there was the option for no star or negative, i have never seen a poor service than this dealership provides. Me and my friend visited this dealership 3 weeks ago. We finalized two deals for jeep grand Cherokee L limited. These guys didn’t have in stock but they lied to us that they have it just to bring us into their dealership. After arriving at the dealership they made a story that vehicle just got sold when we entered. Then their salesperson told us that they have found two cars at another dealership and they would bring those in from another dealership. He also assured us that vehicles gave been secured for us. He showed us the window stickers for both the vehicles. They they took deposit from us and after a week they informed us that they have got the approval for us. But In fact they just lied to us so that we don’t go anywhere else. They were also not answering our phone calls. After three weeks they said the vehicles got sold and they are sorry. Sorry for the long message will add screenshots of their fake promises in another message tomorrow.

One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had they promise you the world when singing for the car but can’t hold up on their own word/promise for one I asked over 5 times from time of signing for the car and over several visits I have asked for a undercarriage video since they don’t allow public in the shop never shown or received anything of the sort The car was a joke the car was not ready in the slightest when I picked it up the first 24 hours I was back at the shop with airbag light a noise over bumps and the brakes just screaming as far as I can tell the first time for service the sway bar link needed to be replaced and they say they serviced the brakes with no evidence (aka lube) that it was ever touched airbag wire if had to have a wiring repair Second visit before buying the car I was told the hood would be repainted for the time of sale since it had sun damage/ peeling and cracking at work I noticed the outline of the mark that was there before nice circle on the hood they made plans to get it sent back to the body shop Third visit to the shop within the first week noise over bumps again the airbag light came back on and the brakes squeaked since the last visit again another suspension component had to be replaced and they actually used lube on the brake pads the second time they serviced the brakes and they ordered the working for the airbag light My forth trip to the dealer i had a dust shield that was rubbing from the brake service and I made several concerns before buying the car about the radio/head unit had no other problems other than a cosmetic issue with the screen's laminate but everything was working 2 and a half weeks later the radio is no longer working and having issues when asked if it could be repaired they declined to do the work and told me they would have charged more for the car if they knew instead of owning there mistake and loosing money on something they missed they make the customer feel they are in the wrong for not paying enough and making the customer wait till warranty kicks in yes I bought the aftermarket protection and it would not activate till after 30 days of owning the car meaning they should be responsible for the first month as it should be (internal work) Also making the customer feel like they are in the wrong for asking to keep a loaner car they put me in I didn’t ask since they still didn’t fix the vehicle basically saying that I should be forced to use the car that has no radio/half the option I payed for seat controls climate control till the warranty kicked in so weeks without something I payed for and shook hands on that was working Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealer do not recommend not trust worthy dealers wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy
