Horrible experience would not recommend buying from this dealer car was rushed out several problems missed on the car and trying to get them fixed forget about it they only care about making money evening at the expense of the customer over promise at time of sale under deliver on said promises had to ask for a video of the undercarriage 5 times and never received or shown anything for one Picked up my car had several issues within the first weeks of owning the car suspension brakes airbag had most of the issues felt with but once my radio/head unit broke down they wouldn’t repair the unit and I would have to wait till after the 30 days of owning the car to make a warranty claim since aftermarket warranty doesn’t start till 30 days of owning the car and that it is not an internal repair issue and would not be willing to fix it overall on of the worst car buying experiences

Bought a used 2017 Dodge with low Km after servicing two Dodge vehicles at this dealership in the past. The deal was back and forth, but in a far more efficient and less pressured way than I had anticipated. I worked in some vehicle checks pre-delivery and all the conditions I set were met. On delivery a minor issue was noted and quickly corrected. Two weeks into my ownership the vehicle developed an issue that could not have been foreseen. It resulted in several days of no use. When I returned to pick it up I was met by apologies and understanding. All repairs were taken on by the Serge and the knowledgeable service and technician team. But ultimately, I credit salesperson Paul Long (The DodgeFather!) with ensuring my satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was excellent throughout the unexpected hiccups. Look even the best of rides can have unexpected issues. Bottom line - this dealership took care of it and stood behind their product. I’m happy to be a Forest City Dodge customer and recommend this team.

This dealership gave my mother and I an annoying run around. First they booked us for transmission service on a day that the shop was closed. Called us to rebook and my mom inquired about bringing the Jeep in the night before and leaving the keys in a Dropbox. Drive 45 minutes to get to the dealership and when we arrive all gates to enter the property are blocked off. We rebooked our appointment at leaven’s….

I bought a new Truck from the Team & couldn't be happier with the service and deal made. Dale was exceptionally personable and friendly- kind of guy I could see myself being friends with outside of this experience. He listening to my needs /wants and showed me a couple different options at different price points - he went through the different trims & what came with each so I could make the decision on where there was value added. He even did all the "little things" to make me feel valued, whether it be offer me a drink when I came in, opening doors, etc. Keith the sales manager worked with me on the final vehicle pricing, helping us make a deal where the 'Dollars make cents (Sense)". He went out of his way to find a way to beat the already great price the truck was, so I would walk away with a better price than a comparable posting I had found. Matt the finance Director, worked with me on the financing side and any additional warranties offered , explaining openly what was and wasn't covered by each option. He answered all my questions, and really believes in the products offered, but, if I decided it wasn't the right choice for me, he wasn't "pushy" at all. On pickup day signing the final documents, the whole team seemed genuinely excited that I was excited and happy with everything. I'll definitely be looking for Dale and the team here, the next time I'm in the new car market.

This is the place to go for a new or used vehicle!!! They really roll out the red carpet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dale and he was great!! He walked me through the purchase like a true professional and helped me get into my dream truck! Phil the sales manager was amazing, and their finance team Andrea and Matt got me a killer approval!
