I called to inquire about a van, I DID NOT give anyone permission to run my credit, my credit was run by this company and as a result made my score go down. When I called to ask why my credit was ran when it was only an inquiry I was told must of been a mistake. Not happy AT ALL, I take pride in my credit and I am working very hard to keep it in good standing. I have filed a dispute as well also I will be contacting the general manager.
