Good experience buying my car at this dealer. Justin was very knowledgeable about cars and got me a very fair price on the car I purchased, certainly going above and beyond. Peter and Paul were also helpful and smoothed the buying process out.

Thought we should get it in to the dealership for a oil change, interior cleaned, and have some warranty work done and just go over the van to make sure it is go to make the trip. I was in on Saturday and the girl working in the office couldn't locate my van in the system, then told me they didn't do clean ups, then said they did but had no pricing. She said she needed the VIN #, I told her the van was parked out front, she didn't even get up to go get the vin. She then said a 2nd time, "I wish you had the vin". Then told me just to call Kim Heald because she really couldn't help me. Major waste of time so far. So I called Kim today and before I could tell her what I wanted all she heard was "oil change" and pawned me off to someone else. So this tells me I need to look for another dealership who will be able to service my van, and listen to my requests before jumping to conclusions. What is wrong with your business?? Why would TWO different employees basically do the same thing to me?? Please take us off your mailing list for sales and new car deals. Thank you.
