Sachant qu’une Golf R ne se négocie pas vraiment présentement , je voulais simplement faire le tout en ligne. Quelques Textos le lundi et mardi, une demande de crédit le mercredi et poufff livraison le vendredi ! Difficile de faire mieux comme délai ! Lors de la livraison , le livreur habituel était en vacances , mais la vendeuse a pris le tout en charge et je n’y ai vu que du feu. Elle connaissait extrêmement bien le produit ! Hyper sympathique, une magnifique carrière l’attend dans l’automobile sans l’ombre d’un doute. Chapeau à Vaudreuil Volkswagen d’avoir engagé une représentante à la hauteur ! Autrement , La réceptionniste était super sympathique également et nous a offert un café et de l’eau et la directrice commerciale Marie-Ève était très drôle et ne mettait pas de pression pour vendre quoi que ce soit ! Véhicule magnifique en parfaite condition et rempli d’essence avec une belle boucle sur le toit et livraison et signature des papiers en 53 minutes exactement ! Wow ! Alors, Absolument rien à dire de négatif ce qui est tout à fait inhabituel pour moi lors de l’achat d’un véhicule neuf ! Je recommande Vaudreuil Volks à tous même si à 1h de route de chez vous . My experience at VW Vaudreuil was quick & pleasant. Alexis was very informative, thorough & honest with his work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used VW, pleasure to work with. I went in Tuesday and left Thursday with my new GTI 380 , quickest I’ve ever been delivered a vehicle, exciting experience. Thank you Alexis & VW Vaudreuil!

A big thank you to Matthew and Charles for helping me with my new car. Matthew was always available to assist with any questions and was kind enough to help me get to the dealership on the day. The service was excellent and they were very fast when it came time to get the car and documents ready. 4/5 however because while they were very good at communicating all aspects of the purchase ahead of time, they waited until I was there before discussing the extended warranty which felt pressured and I didn't feel like I had time to make a fully considered decision. Dealerships get a bad rep for these pressured situations and I really would have preferred to be sent the extended warranty details to review ahead of the purchase day. Don't avoid them for this reason as everything else was excellent, but do ask for your extended warranty info ahead of time!
