A big thank you to Matthew and Charles for helping me with my new car. Matthew was always available to assist with any questions and was kind enough to help me get to the dealership on the day. The service was excellent and they were very fast when it came time to get the car and documents ready. 4/5 however because while they were very good at communicating all aspects of the purchase ahead of time, they waited until I was there before discussing the extended warranty which felt pressured and I didn't feel like I had time to make a fully considered decision. Dealerships get a bad rep for these pressured situations and I really would have preferred to be sent the extended warranty details to review ahead of the purchase day. Don't avoid them for this reason as everything else was excellent, but do ask for your extended warranty info ahead of time!

Lesson learned: As their customer you need to pay attention to the details when they offer you something specially on the delivery day. They verbally offered winter wheels without showing samples or even pictures. On the delivery day I was stunned with the ugly cheap ones they put on my car and when I talked to the management later they said that was your decision at the time of purchase. I admit it is my fault because I had to see the wheels on the purchase day but I trusted them. Be careful and check everything before you possess your car.
