Long time BMW owners second one in fact, always bought used and never took our car in for repairs but this time we wanted to ensure we would get 100% as they know the vehicle best especially for what was wrong with the car. I called and requested a quote for a repair to be done with regards to our hood latch and or cord, the individual I spoke to specifically asked me whether or not we can open the hood to which I replied no the one side can but the other we can’t get open. He then told me the cost of each repair (one being for the latch and the other for the cord and broke down the hours for the repair to me as well) so with that information we booked our service appointment. Once I got there the gentleman I spoke to immediately asked what if it’s both which that I get, I understood and prepared in case that were to be true. But then he started talking about the grill probably breaking to get in and the quotes I was given wasn’t for the cost to get into the hood and talking about a diagnostic and those fees ... talk about money grab! So being upset I asked why wouldn’t the person I spoke to mention all of these and it was the tone to which he spoke to me that bothered me the most! His response was well you asked for a quote for the repair you were given the quote for the repair - but anyone with common sense would know especially when I was originally asked if the hood could be opened or not that I was obviously inquiring on the cost for the repair and it’s entirety. Luxury vehicles and the repairs aren’t cheap and that I get however when I call ahead to ensure I’m prepared for the day of service and don’t waste my time consistency would be ideal! But again it was the way in which I was spoken to that had me bothered the most. Great car, bad service! After we purchase our house we had intended on financing a new bmw but not I’m not so inclined to want to spend the money on the car knowing what I may get should I ever have to deal with the people side of things. We will be looking at other competitors and their vehicles and or services going forward. Greatly disappointed BMW London!

Bought my first BMW here. They have been very attentive. Service has been great. Now just take my car back and get me a bigger BMW :) Also Charles Scrooby was fantastic. The only thing that I would change is, that I had asked for bi weekly payments and they set up monthly payments. Not a big hassle, but since I have been super lazy to get it changed, it would have been great if it was done in the beginning itself. But all good.

Just got a small repair on my car and the service, as always was first class. Everyone at the dealership is cheerful and very helpful every time I go in to this dealership. They are always asking if there is something they could get you when you are waiting for your car, the shuttle service is right on time and the dealership is always spotless. The only problem I have is not looking at the new cars in the showroom, Temptation Dealership!

Ask for Patrick!

After a 12 year relationship with my BMW X3 I thought it time to begin my search for a new one. Having visited several dealerships during our search, we finally landed at BMW London. The service that salesman, Patrick provided was beyond superior, and is well worth the drive if you are from out of town. Patrick went out of his way to ensure we were happy, and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs for our new X3 were met. He knew the car and was able to patiently walk me through all of the new “bells and whistles”. He knew the industry, he was respectful, professional and had a great sense of humor that made our car buying experience all the more enjoyable! When the time comes to buy our second BMW, without a doubt, we will be returning to Patrick and BMW London. A special thanks to the 'others' who also made this a great experience, Nick, Chris and Greg! Thanks guys!!!
