I attended this dealership twice over the course of 10 days with the hopes of test driving the 2020 X5 and the intent to purchase. The first occasion was on a weekday afternoon during which I spent nearly 30 minutes in the showroom checking out the X5 (sat in it, opened the trunk, turned on the radio, etc.). Apart from a greeting from the receptionist, I did not so much as receive a “hello” from the several salespeople, let alone any offer of assistance. It was quite literally like I was invisible. The salespeople did not appear too busy to offer assistance, or at a minimum, to tell me “I will help you in a minute”. They were all alone in their offices with see-through glass. Occasionally, they would walk right by me as I tinkered with the X5. I left feeling deflated and a bit confused about their sales strategies. On the second occasion, I attended the dealership on a weekend. Surely the excitement of a weekend would entice a salesperson to want to assist me. Maybe my weekday visit was just an anomaly, I thought. No chance. I once again gravitated toward the 2020 X5. I was invisible as three salespeople walked by me without a second glance. I remained in the showroom for 20 minutes. I watched as multiple salespeople sat in their offices alone. Even if they were sending emails or preparing documents, at least offer some kind of assistance. It really seemed like it was a non-commission dealership. Maybe it is. I don’t know. In any event, I will never return and will be purchasing my X5 out of town. I can’t speak to any other aspect of this dealership.

Showed up literally 2 minutes after 5 and was told parts closed at 5 and no-one could help me. Really? 2 minutes late and I am told to come back another day. I even had the part numbers I needed and I could see the guy in parts sitting at the counter downstairs. That will be the last time I set foot in the dealership whether it is parts, service, or a recall. Didn't realize this poor level of service still existed.

I had an extremely positive experience purchasing a Mini Cooper S from both Charles Scrooby and Kyle Black at BMW London. Both Specialists offered excellent Customer Service with the sale of my car. They paid great attention to detail in every aspect of my vehicle. I truly appreciated everything they offered in assisting with the purchase of my Mini Cooper S.
