From the first day we stepped foot into dealership every person was a delight to work with. Charles sold us a beautiful demo X3 and from there the service department have been also exceptional. They are very accommodating on booking you in since we must travel 2 hours. Thank you everyone for all your dedicated work to ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

My experience with BMW London was amazing from start to finish. Whether I was dealing with Charles or Patrick they both went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I have already told all my friends, family and coworkers about the experience and I expect they will have some new customers in the future. I will certainly be a BMW London customer for life after this.

Amazing experience working with Kyle Black. Kyle has a lot of product knowledge, is very professional and easy to work with. Kyle brought my new X5 to me, 6 hours from the dealership, on a long weekend. I highly recommend Kyle.
