Dealt with MINI/BMW London’s Service Department for many years, but never had the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle from them. That changed tonight, and I am thrilled to report that the sales and finance staff is as conscientious about customer service as the Service Dept. My sales consultant, Alistair Fraser, pretty much bent over backwards to make my new MINI dream come true. No pressure, no scare tactics, no “Well, I really need to talk to the manager about this…” He treated me like an intelligent human being and respected my financial boundaries - something I have very rarely experienced when making ANY major purchase. I have always said I was quite happy to pay MINI London for oil changes because of the service I get when I am there - I can now also happily recommend that anyone in the market for a MINI or BMW in London (and all of southwestern Ontario) visit BMW London. If you are local, you are fortunate to have convenient access to one of the most customer-centric dealerships I have ever been in. Those of you in the rest of SW Ontario - it is absolutely worth the drive.

STAY AWAY ... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME My brother purchased a used certified 2011 X5 from this location about 2 months ago and all he has been experiencing is nightmares. A week after he purchased the car, the driver window stopped functioning so he had to drive in to get it fixed. Right after that the window trimming kept falling off, so he took it back to them to get it fixed. Now that its been almost 2 months, the car started overheating .. I took it to back to them to find out that the water bump has to be replaced and there is a leakage of oil. They are asking for $1500 for this to be fixed and that it is not covered under a warranty. Not sure what quality assurance procedures these guys follow Very bad customer service and rude. Don't recommend this dealership at all

I feel swindled on a 900 dollar transmission sensor. Supposedly they dropped my transmission to put the sensor in. It doesn't look that way by the exhaust bolts appearing untouched. Either way I don't drive this car daily and 3 months +3000 km no accidents.... I'm wondering why all my transmission mounts are broken. I'm taking it into a competitor and will be following up with pictures and a written complaint to the dealership and bmw Canada. I should have done the sensor myself.

I went in looking for a car because i was so sick of London Honda and their below average customer service so i went to BMW and what can i say amazing customer service very friendly and above all i got the perfect car and all thanks to Alistair and Stephen Kennedy i would encourage anyone that is looking to buy an extraordinary car to go look for Alistair and you will not be disappointed overall amazing service and staff Best regards Hamza Qasem
